Dear Working Group members
Now that the election results are final and have been affirmed by COMSOC 
I would like to thank the Working Group members for this vote of 
confidence.  The election response rate was quite good and is very 
heartening.
I was also encouraged by the Shanghai meeting.  It is obvious that our 
Working Group is beginning it's work on a very cooperative footing. 
This is very good and I would encourage everyone to continue in this 
vain as we move forward on the difficult tasks ahead.
