[IEEE1904.1] Booking the hotel for December

All,

 

Several people reported difficulties booking the hotel for our December meeting.

Please, make sure you follow these steps when making your reservations:

 

a)      Visit www.loewshotels.com, and in the reservations area, select Santa Monica Beach Hotel

b)     Select the desired dates for your stay

c)      Select Group in the ‘Partner/Group Rates’ drop-down list

d)     Type BROD12 in the ‘Code’ field.  

Some people missed step C and were told that rooms were unavailable.
