Discussion:
 * in this call we only covered the call for joint liaison with 1588, 802.1TSN and 1904.3 to
    802.3bf.
 * Pat Diamond gave a short briefing on the background for the liaison effort.
 * Jouni described the overall timeline: first discussed in this call, formal decisions
    in the forthcoming 1904 FtF meeting in June in Beijing.
 * General supportive comment for the liaison. Discuss the 1588 liaison proposal
    in the 1904.3 reflector prior to the FtF. See the kickoff mail:
