Key distribution message

Hi all,

 

Here is an advance preview of the new action (i.e., a write-only attribute) to provision an encryption key into the ONU. It is modelled after other configuration actions, such as acConfigLLID or acConfigServicePort

Please, let me know if you have any feedback.

 

I am beginning to work on sections 11.5.2 through 11.5.6 next.
