Re: [1904-ANWG] Minutes review and vote reaffirmation procedure

Dear 1904 voters,

Please, use the attached spreadsheet to cast your votes for the motions from the 1904 ANWG October meeting. The voting period will end on November 11, 2014 at 11:59 PM EST or sooner if all the voting members (excluding the WG chair) respond before the closing date.

Please, e-mail the file with your votes to me directly.  All the members who attended the meeting in Wuhan and voted on these motions are required to vote again.

Thank you,

Glen

Subject: Minutes review and vote reaffirmation procedure

Dear 1904 WG members,

At the last 1904 WG meeting held in Wuhan, China, we have discussed and voted on a number of important motions, however as we did not have a quorum, all the motions will require affirmation of the WG group. On Tuesday, October 28, I will initiate online vote for the motions 2 through 6 from the meeting. In preparation for the online vote, please review the October meeting minutes posted at http://www.ieee1904.org/meeting_archive/2014/10/anwg_1410_minutes_unapproved.pdf.

Should you wish to discuss any of the motions, please do so on the working group reflector as soon as possible. Once the online voting started, it will not be possible to amend the text of any motion anymore.

The voting period will last 2 weeks or less if we receive votes from all WG voting members sooner. Only the current voting members may vote on these motions. You may verify your voting membership at http://www.ieee1904.org/wg_members.shtml.

Please, let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Glen
