1904.3 PAR modification accepted

P1904.3 folks,

Just a note that 29th June IEEE-SA SB has approved the PAR modification 
of moving the P1904.3 TF under IEEE 1914 as P1914.3 TF. So, in the 
future we'll be moving everything under IEEE 1914 (and its web system, 
reflector etc).
