I personally had no problems – it might be that people who did not get invite simply had no indicated interested in 1904 work at all in their preferences?

I got a number of responses that people did not get invitations to join the IEEE SA ballot pool.

This is how you add yourself to the pool without an invitation:

 

  1. Login into your myProject account at https://development.standards.ieee.org/myproject-web/app
  2. Click on the Menu
  3. In the pop-up window on the right, select “Invitations/Ballots”
  4. Select tab “Open Invitations”
  5. Select option “All Invitations”
  6. Find 1904.2 in the list and click the Plus symbol on the right
  7. Follow the prompt, declare your affiliation, and click Submit. When you are added to the pool, the system will send you a confirmation email.

Dear Colleagues,

 

I am pleased to inform you that today the IEEE SA Standards Board has approved both the modification and the extension requests for the P1904.2 PAR. The par is valid until the December 31st, 2021.

 

Also, you should have received an invitation to join the IEEE SA ballot group for P1904.2.

The invitations have been sent to people who indicated interest in 1904 Access Network WG activities in myProject portal.

If you have not received the invitation, please let me know.
