Draft D2.4 is posted on the web at http://www.ieee1904.org/private/revision/projects/1904_1_2013/drafts/rmtf_1904_1_2013_drafts.shtml. This marks the beginning of the fourth recirculation ballot on 1904.1-REV/D2.4.
The draft D2.4 is posted in MS Word and PDF formats, in clean and marked-up versions. The marked-up version show the changes relative to D2.3 and is provided for your reference only. All the comments, if you have any, shall be submitted against the clean version of the draft rmtf_1904_1_2013rev_D2_4_clean.pdf.
The schedule for the D2.4 Recirculation ballot is as follows:
Voting in WG ballots is required for maintaining WG voting rights. The ballot group for this draft is the IEEE 1904 ANWG voting membership as of October 30, 2015.
However, anybody outside of the ballot group also may submit non-binding comments.

All comments shall be submitted using the provided comment file: http://www.ieee1904.org/documents/templates/anwg_YYMM_comments_lastname_n.xlsm.
Note that this is a recirculation ballot, therefore if you voted on the initial ballot and your vote has not changed, the last ballot will be carried over and you do not need to cast a new ballot.
